Notes.
1. You must be able to connect the flash media to your computer as a removable hard drive. Now, nearly all digital cameras come with cables to connect to a computer via USB port, but some cameras do not present the flash media as a removable hard drive. If CDRoller does not show your flash media when the camera is connected to USB port, an external card reader is required. Non-expensive card readers are widely available for all media types now - please consult with your local computer or office products store.
2. If you are a Vista User and still do not see the media when it is inserted, exit from CDRoller and start the program using "Run as Administrator". The easiest way to do this is to click the Start button and type CDRoller into the search box. Then, right-click the CDRoller program shortcut displayed and select the "Run as Administrator" in the next (pop-up) menu.

3. Find and recover the lost data. Simply browse the folders in the recognized flash media. If you look for the deleted files, please open the $LOST FILES$ folder at first. You can use the View Image in order to preview the found pictures. If your flash media was quick-formatted, please try Scan FAT Data option for intensive search of files data.
