Purchase
An evaluation (trial) version of CDRoller is available for
immediate download. In the trial mode, the program analyzes
the inserted disc, finds the lost files and tests files readability,
but cannot save files to the destination drive.
To enable the full functionality, you are required to license
and pay the license fee. Once
you have purchased the product, a personal license key will be sent
to you via e-mail to register your trial copy of CDRoller. If you
lost a personal license key, please feel free to drop the letter
to sales@cdroller.com
and we'll email it again.
Pricing.
- Single-User License. US $39. You may install
and use CDRoller on an unlimited number of computers operated
by a single user. This license does not restrict use to a single
user on a single computer. For example, you can use the program
freely on 3 computers: at work, home and laptop. Order

- Business License. US $54. Allows you to use
CDRoller in your business. This license is recommended for data
recovery services and software consulting agencies. Order

- Extended Upgrade Service. $10. Includes free
upgrades and tech support for 3 years from the date of
purchase, regardless of version number. Can be added to
single-user or business license when ordering CDRoller.

Multi-User License. Great volume discounts ( 20% - 60%
). A Multi-User License provides an inexpensive way for schools, universities or other work groups to supply their personnel
with CDRoller in a cost efficient manner. Includes Extended

The easiest and fastest way to order is online using credit cards.

time and upon completion an email will be sent to you as confirmation
of your purchase. The ordering page is on a secure web site, that encrypts all transmitted

of time (three business days for credit card payments or two weeks

Upgrade policy.
- CDRoller license includes a basic support via e-mail and free
updates within the same major version of CDRoller. For example,
if you initially purchased CDRoller v.7.00, you are entitled to
upgrade to v.7.50 free of charge.
- Upgrading to a new major version of CDRoller (i.e. from version
4.x, 5.x, or 6.x to version 7.x) requires an upgrade fee - just
US$24 (40% discount off list price). Please send
your request to our Sales Dept. We will contact you as soon as
possible and send all information needed for purchasing. Note.
If we release a new major version of CDRoller in 30 days or less
after your purchase, you will receive a free upgrade to the new
version.
- When purchasing Extended Upgrade Service,
you get a FREE updates and tech support for 3 years, regardless
of version number.
Refund policy.
Ordering CDRoller is Risk Free. If you have problems retrieving your CD or DVD data after purchase, you should contact our Support Dept within 72 hours. There are several steps we will take together which can be explained by our Customer Support Representatives. After all steps have been taken, and we have not been able to recover the most of your CD/DVD files, we refund your money.
